Indeed i noticed that. I suppose everyone has just dropped in and is curious as to why its gone down, so they will read the new posts rather than just checking for updates on old threads.

I guarantee that it has something to do with the forum problems. Every person who checked a thread that was broken is still listed as online, and the number keeps growing. People are not all active at the same time, they are just listed as being online even though they're probably off at this point.

According to the statistics, today set the record for the number of active users at the same time. I think this has something to do with the problems we're facing, or this one active forum would be inundated with new posts.

The number of active users seems to actually be going up and down, so perhaps it is accurate, and we're just seeing a lot of people checking to see if the boards are back up?

The number of users goes up and down, I assume, because people check this area - and once they do, they are recorded correctly.

I checked what people are reading, and most people seem to be reading the backroom, and the EB forum. Thats strange, that none of us can see it, but they can. Its not accurate.
