The man was rushed to hospital after the incident at Leigh Social Club in Caerphilly, South Wales.

After the 11-9 victory in the Six Nations clash, the man is reported to have gone outside and severed his testicles before bringing them back into the club to show fellow drinkers.
A local was reported as saying that the man was on medication and should not have been drinking.

Bear in mind people this was in the Sun.. The paper most likely out of any in the UK to actually make stories like this up, it has been proven before...

When someone read this out - yes some feel compelled to buy the Sun - in my philosophy class we all burst into laughing - what can possess a person to do that?! Of course though, it depends if the story is actually real.

I'm quite motivated to win any bets I make, but even I have limits, sharp implements near my family jewels is certainly a no no ~:eek:

I heard the same thing on the radio today. Sadly, because I was half asleep, I thought it was the Superbowl... but I was wrong. But that is very pathetic, if you ask me!

It was in the Evening Standard too, just before anyone runs away with the idea I was reading the Sun... (only when I am waiting to get my hair cut)

Trustworthy? I wouldn't trust someone who cuts off his own family jewels. If he's willing to hurt himself like that, what might he do to me?
