With the new patch, the First Cohorts are now buildable in Rome!!! I'm sure ppl have figured this out already. But my campaigns usually dont last until 235 BC.

my campaign also dont last long cause i never finish them
also didn't do it in MTW
Wow ! that's cool , that we can train first cohorts, the only way I ever got them was by bribing them from other roman factions ( have only seen the Brutii getting them )
and I've only played a post patch campain with the gaul, and i've never had a game last longer than 40 years ( which would be 230 in game years )
so It's to bad that I'll have to be getting along with principes and hastati for now
I'm currently building an entire legions of First cohorts..... :D
