Getting kicked out of Rome
it's only a plan in early stage, so feel free to add ideas.
this is for Roman factions only
after you take over Rome, and it doesn't matter if you have 50 provinces.
you still can be kicked out of rome.
if your popularity with the People drop, because you lost provinces or something like it. you'll get a message that you have to do something about it. if you don't the People will re-establish the Senate in Rome, and you have to regain support of the People to retake Rome.
a mod, patch, expansion, dunno

I don't understand your point. A plan for what?
Re: Getting kicked out of Rome
Thats pretty ahistorical also. Why would the people choose to have a Senate?
Re: Getting kicked out of Rome
because the senate IS the people they are chosen from the people to speak for the people. if a tyrants is ruling you overthrow him and divide his power among 40 men, now no single person can be a tyrant, thats the basic failsafe of the senate.
Re: Getting kicked out of Rome
that what i mean, if you loose support of the people they dont believe you anymore and start to riot, and give the power in rome back to the senate. specially in the early stages of the empire lots of people wanted the republic back. the senate allways existed troughout the empire but they weren't that powerful anymore.
