I may just be proving my ignorance with regards to cheats, but whats an all access cheat?

Yes that exists, I believe its in the Guides forum, but that was for V1.1, I don't know if it still works for 1.2
Yes, and then you would still need to have the no cd code to also used it and one hasn't been released for v1.2 yet
