Myrdraal could i please ask you if you have time to help me creating a turn script for my campaign? im having trouble learning scripting and am so busy with other aspects of the creation of the campaign.

Sure, do you mean the four turns a year script, or one to do commands such as halt_ai etc...

Does that prevent saving games? My understanding is scripts do that in RTW, did they change that with the patch?

Not if you use a 'show me how' script, and I devised a way of automatically launching one at the start of the campaign. But you do have to re-launch it manually everytime you load a saved game.

Myrddraal, we are interested in a higher amount of turns per year for our Westeros Mod. Is it possible to have one-month turns? Is there a thread on the scripting for this?

I also need this for the Zulu mod if it is possible ~:) I don't care if the script has to be started every time a game is loaded up

Well there are some limitations, you can only have one winter turn, so if you made months, only one month would have snow.

I'll put something together for you guys

One month of snow only, I don't think that will be a problem with the Zulu mod ~;)

I need a script that goes

halt_ai gauls

player presses end turn

control gauls

of course the faction names we can just change dependant on which factions are in the campaign.

Another problem is i need sometimes to use the kill character command to kill generals that are lost in the online games but the turn script would be fantastic if you could manage it ive really hit a brick wall with it :\
