Quite interesting how quick they would be to destroy them. I do not get the whole problem with it...
Another thing I do not get is why some people think that if the mice mated they would somehow have a human baby...
Interesting bit of science.
I wonder how they just make the brain human without affecting the rest, possibly a retrovirus carrier ? If this is the case, it might not be unlikely that other parts are affected accidentally.
I do think this experiment is balancing on a small line concerning ethics and medical progress, but as long as the mice don't get their hands on nuclear weapons, we've got little to fear :duel:
Personally, it's quite interesting. It will be enjoyable to see what happens. And btw, i seriously doubt that the mice could have a human child if something went wrong with their reproductive systems. The worst that could prolly happen is that they would have some hideous mouse-human hybrid, that eventually takes over the planet.
I, for one, welcome our new mouse overlords!!
