Nice story gatoshin. You have to love those "hanging by a thread" battles. I can picture it in my head the heavy cav of yours sweeping across the bridge and rolling over the Imagawa in the Musashi 2 battle. Beautiful. All of my memorable battles were fought in STW. It is a great game. If only the SP campaign was as rich in features as those of MTW or RTW.
Anyway, as for other stories, here is a link to a STW battle I had in my very first STW campaign. I was so blown away by it, I wrote up a battle report for my own benefit. I wrote it in the style of a history book/article rather than as a story. Fortunately I had taken a number of screen shots to supplement the story and made a couple of maps to show troop movements. Later I adapted it for my clan's website. Here's the link to The Great Battle of Bungo. The page loads a little slow, even for broadband. The quality of the screen shots is pretty poor thanks to the file compression to keep the page load times down for dialup users. Anyway, enjoy.

My troops stood their ground and fought off the vengeful Hojo horde, routing them at great cost. At this point, a second wave descended upon our weary army, and after an epic struggle, our troops routed with heavy casualties. Musashi province was littered with the corpses of 500 Takeda, 1600 Hojo, and 400 Imagawa troops. ~:eek:
Two turns later, the cavalry army I'd been building was in place. Imagawa's yari troops had been decimated in the earlier battle, and it was time for my mounted troops to punish the ranks of archers who had laughed and cheered and celebrated the carnage from their side of the river. :charge:
Powerless to stop my army of 16 Heavy Cavalry, the enemy archers took only a few heads before we were upon them. Lord Imagawa was surrounded and put up a valiant fight, but didn't hold out long. :bow:
This kind of posts is great for players new to STW, but even mods. like it, story's about gameplay(gregoshi!) you should see what amount of 'thank you 's ' sasaki gained with his oda campaign story.
when my game get's back to working, i'll post story's on my campaigns again.

I can tell you something about a battle between me and Oda(ally's) and the hojo, it was with a river and i betraded my ally too, noone of the oda's survived, and i managed to defeat the the hojo too.
