Need a programmers help please.

hello,

Ive been trying to find a way of updating game starts to a html file,
Ive been told to use pearl or php,
as far as i know NONE of my domains support Server side scripts,


How ever i have a program called dfoptimizer, Which i used to use to upload old delta force 2 stats to a html,

ive had a go with windsam32 but Really I dont unserstand a word of it lol,

So i want to know if some 1 with programing skill can help me do what I want,
or maby edit dfoptimiser so it uploads shogun stats,

other than that, help in learning the amount of programing i need to get this done wouldnt go amiss,
