Hey Umeu,
Here is a link: Battle Editor (it was mentioned at the patch Read-me as well).
I think when he says RTW shortcut, go right-click and go to properties. Then enter the '-enable_editor' (minus the semi-quotation mark) at the end of the target line as is, then click OK. ~:)
