Question: How to change unit speed

I used Vercingetorix's tool to create a large model (1.75 scale) but in-game they also walk 3/4 faster than regular units. I would like to slow them down a tad. So how do I speed down this unit? Do I need to make new animations since Vercingetorix's tool requires me to import some kind of file to change unit speed?

I believe you need to slow down the animation.
