A few questions.

i'm trying to split germany into two factions (rtw).

so i need to know

what is the faction limit
how do i add a faction (or change one, names formost)
what is the hidden_resource limit
how do i add new hidden_resources

From all research that has been done so far, and the statements from CA people tell us that it is not possible to add new factions.
