Over writing existing factions

hey all back again was wondering if anyone could direct me towards a good tutorial for replacing factions. ie i wanna replace the current existing factions with factions of my own creation. could anyone possibly reccomend a way to do this?? it seems like such a monolithic task. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Well you do it step by step, change the name, change the colour, change the skins. You can't change the culture, so choose a faction with the right one. I think there are some tutorials for changing faction names in the How To's
