Could someone help me with a little modelling?

I was wondering if anyone of you modding pros could help me with some simple modelling? I don't know anything about it and I don't have 3ds max. All I want to do is to make a model that looks exactly like a legionary cohort (normal, not early) but use spears (like the triarii) instead of swords and throwing spears.
If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it!

You willo need to specify exactly which CAS file you want modded, and do the text editing bit yourself to make it work in game, but the swap over is a pretty simple job in itself, which I am sure I can find a few minutes to do!
