For my AoE:TW mod I want to include the heliopolis as a much improved version of the ballista with a far more rapid rate of fire for producing some major (if rather brief) carnage.
What necessary changes would be required in order to take the existing artillery of ballista and produce another version that fires much faster. Will this mess up the crew animations?
