Is it just me or is this smiley not working?

Hello folks,

the smiley with the code(without the spaces): ~ : d i z z y : isn't working.

At least, isn't not working here. There just appears ~:dizzy: when I try to click it or type the code.

Of course one smiley is not of very great importance, but I like that blue head! ~D

you're right; no blue. Hmmm...

I just used it a time. But then the ordinary yellow smiley appeared in stead of the blue one! :dizzy:
