Getting fit poll
This is a poll that complements my "getting fit" thread:
I just want to post information that is going to be useful so I give you the choice:
Do you want me to skip the health bit and go straight to the training advice/programs or do you want me to go through more dietary avice and flexibility cosiderations first?

Some training stuff would be pretty handy. A combination of gym exercise and general exercise advice would be very useful.
But keep up the diet stuff too. You can't really have one without the other.
