Ukita anyone?
Research on the Ukita has panned out at this time
any help appreciated
same rules as the Ryuzoji research thread,
/////////
I need 40+ total for Kings/Heirs
The Kings/Heirs do need to be Ukita names - but other names (like Hachirou Naoie ) will become Retainers
what i am hunting down are dates of birth for all (IF POSSIBLE),
other sons/ancestors of Ukita
ALT names - other names person was known by
Retainers - famous or ordinary,
ALT names - other names person was known by
any comments about exceptional leaders/heirs/retainers - even inept ones
we dont need comments on all of them,
just a few comments for Famous Kings section of names file
and a few comments for Heroes
If you have a list of names, but it does not have date of birth, maybe it only has when they were daimyo - or leader of their clans, orr when they fought in battle, etc etc
that will do me fine,
here's what i have so far

Re: Ukita anyone?
I'm doing research into Ukita, all I've got thus far is yes, Hideie is the son of Naoie, and Naoie was a vassal of Urakami Munekage until Munekage executed his father. So the Ukita clan wasn't of much influence until then. I know the work's already done, and I don't wanna come in and just say everything needs to be re-done, but perhaps the Ukita aren't a good choice for the starting date? Also, Hideie lived until the age of 90, so he died in 1662. The most famous retainer of the Ukita was Akashi Morishige (?-1618), he was the daimyo of Okayama prefecture (Bitchu, Bizen and Mimasaka provinces). He fought at Sekigahara against Kuroda Nagamasa and later fought during the summer and winter campaigns of Osaka.
