Rants and raves sub forum allows you to whine about the game with out disrupting gameplay discussion. Good forum for asking newbie questions.
Good spell check.

Cons

Mods move almost any topic that is negative about the game to R&R even if it is not really "ranting". The main forum is full of useless newbie threads. People are fairly unfriendly (not every one, just most people) EZboard is BS and the colors are hard to look at. People there are not very mature.

Good modding forum, good place to discuss the RTW bugs, custom avatars.

Cons

Like the .com, people are not very friendly. Large number of "HLP I PIRATED TIS GAM CAN U TEL ME HOW 2 InstaL MUnDUS MAGNUS MAP?" threads that have to be closed. Very dramatic, and there is alot tribal warfare between the mod teams.

Very political, Even a New BI screen shots thread can become a heated political debate. Many people there are not too friendly.

Looks like a start of a fairly heated political argument between n00bs who wanted to know negative comments about a pirated mudus magnus map!

Speaking authoritatively as a n00b... This is far and away the easiest place to ask a stupid question and learn a little something. I have visited all of the sites you listed and this is easily the best in terms of civility and information/guidance available.

Just my thoughts, but who cares really?....I'm just a n00b. ~;)
