rocky, you could download the trial of 3ds max and do it yourself. There is a guide on doing exactly this in the Scriptorium: Head swapping tutorial:

The head which I want on it looks basically the same except the helmet is more conical.
Well if it's just shaping the head you want you only need to edit a couple of vertexes, not even swap the head. I just really don't have the time at the moment, it takes my computer about 5 mins to even load max up and then it will take 10 mins getting all the importing, editing and exporting things done. I should have more time in a week if no-one has offered to do it by then.

I've already personally asked somebody at TWC, but if he doesn't want to do it, then you're next in line.
Could he not do the work in Gmax and then send you the file to export, Sundjata? Would that be possible?
If you are still stuck, let me know what models you want swapped about. It's not actually as simple as just swappinbg mewsh bits about...you have to muck about with the UV mapping and texture as well, but it's not hard to do really
