I was able to get the rest of the clans in a game vs the mongols. So you still have the Hojo but also the other clans as well. its real cool, in a way you dont want to fight other clans or the Hojo cause of the Mongols, so you are constantly stuck between expanding and balance of power.
a problem though:
1- the game ends when the Hojo are gone, so lets say Takeda eliminates Hojo then the game stops. Where is the file to edit this?

Yes, that's possible, we haven't found an external file that dictates this, it might be a rule inside the mainexe. Unfortunately we can edit this (I would love to change the upgrade system, YA UNITS beating warriormonks UNITS should never happen). STW has a nice rock paper scissor system, at the same time it has an upgrade system that destroys it.
