Is there some truth to it ? It does seem plausible, knowing what we know about Russia now, and ex-Soviet Russia in the past and the "Drug Trade" as a source of finance.

We're just blessed that we haven't been hit again already. As much as I like Bush (in a redneck, pushing-Democrats-into-the-mud, mean-spirited way ~D ), he's trying to get us hit with his immigration policies. I don't think you can credit Homeland security, fate, chance, Dick Cheney, or anything but God Himself for the fact that we haven't been attacked on our soil since September 11.
