Check out the download section on the startpage of the Org (www.totalwar.org, not the forum). There is a techtree in there, though I do not know if it is for STW:WE or vanilla. Not that there is much difference: the only buildings added by the expansion are the drill dojo (requires fortress and palace, increases discipline) and the battlefield ninja dojo (requires citadel, sword dojo and infamous ninja house; allows you to build battlefield ninja's). Also, you can build naginata cavalry (famous horse dojo) and the kensai (legendary sword dojo).
