hehehe...you prolly could, but my guess is that it would be and either/or type of thing. all your dead men would be beheaded or none would. i'm sure if you figure it out that krast would be willing to make you some of his famous head soup, though ;)

The only absolute is that there are no absolutes.
You absolutely could. In fact, I could go and do it right now. Just get the most recent BIF editor by whatshisface (available in the ORG files section), and go and behead each individual little dude, filling in the space with the green background. This would actually be possible with that editor, as opposed to making new sprites, which is basically impossible.
The way the sprites were originally created was with a 3D model, and then they "sprited" them. But if you just wanted to hack off a bunch of heads.. it would take 5-15 minutes.. just go in there with the brush and hack off 40 times 12 heads (40 figures per frame, 12 (or is it 16?) frames).
