Getting barb paved roads to work?

I modded it to where barbarians can build paved roads, but they stay a plain road after its built.

I also gave the barbs sewers and stonewalls and that is working fine. I also got the text description down for all 3 instead of seeing that message warning you should not be seeing this message.

Just a minor question, instead of seeing barracks for the buildings I modded in for them, what do I need to do to make them show up under a proper style of building.
