What is a questionman? A person who likes to pose rhetorical questions
and gives the answers himself, a kind of self-interview or "mono-dialog".

Do we have hosts of questionmen recently? Indeed we have.
Are they annoying? Extremely.
Do I know where they come from? No.
Do I have a theory? Yes.
Is it possibly Donald Rumsfeld who made it a fashion? Possibly but it may have been before him.
Do I want your opinions on this topic? Certainly.
