Has anybody come up with an editor for these text files yet?
It could be done quite easily using scripts and a browser based interface - you could set all the parameters using drop down boxes/ textfields etc...
There could be a map of game & you click on the country you want to edit - another box pops up where you put parameters eg What faction belongs to submit that and it updates that area... once happy with the initial setup you hit another submit and it spits a completed text file out at you
I guess you could just cut and paste in the text file but an editor would help "visualise" it a bit more & leave less to guesswork...
Is somebody out there already making one?
