Having problems playing Shogun Total War

:help: I need help, Ill start up shogun Total war, then click on Campain and so and so, when i get to the part were the movie comes on, ill click space and then it goes to the loading screen, then it will load 1/4 of the way and then crash... what do i do? ~:confused:

Details of your pc would be nice,
along with what gfx card you have which drivers you use and which operating system you have
