Limited Imperial Campaign Factions!!!

I don't know if there is a topic for this because I'm to lazy too check. Here is my question. Why can't I get all the factions?

Go read the stickies at the top of the colosseum page... one of them or more perhaps contains the answer.

edit "campaign_descr_strat.txt" and move all factions except spqr and slaves into teh playable section <- i think that's the file anyway
