Don't forget that an US gallon is smaller than an Imperial. Roughly 3.9 litres. ~;)
When I see Hummers and Expeditions at the gas station, I can't help but smile a little now. Almost $100 a tank for those behemoths...

I think I'm going to close this, as it seems a bit non-frontroom to take pleasure in petrol price rises that have been caused by the same storm that trashed New Orleans and the surrounding area.
There's a similar thread in the backroon which you can use, if you want.
