uh...bush can barely speak english if thats any help.
i know teddy rosevelt could speak at least 3 (english, spanish, french) but thats all i can help u with.

And no, chances of hearing him speak either in public are pretty slim. A president of France is adressed in French, and conducts diplomacy in French. It is part of that whole 'the world needs to adapt to us, not the other way round' crap. ~:handball:
