How to use URL avatar?

Hello guys,

A while ago I enabled 'show url avatar' in my options. but only very few have one... how can I select one myself?

My guess would be filling in the Profile Picture area at the bottom of this page.

I have... but I don't see the pic when allowing to show url avatar...

The url avatar system is not yet enabled, nor is it likely to be until we upgrade to, and are settled on, the next stable version of vBulletin. Which shouldn't be too long now...

The profile picture only shows up in your profile.

hmmmm. I do see a url avatar used by Uesugi Kenshin. TosaInu has one too, which looks like an avatar... about that one, it's shown in his profile as profile picture too... perhaps tosa allowed it to test it? ~;) But about Uesugi Kenshin I don't understand...

Oh ok. I did not yet notice Uesugi was staff member(or at least helping staff) yet.
