Where is the Gah! option?
When it comes to Palestine and Israel, every option is Gah.
Both have the right to exist. The problem is the Palestinians dont think that Israel has the right to exist.

Why don't we just ask the British to re-take the land? That way the Israelis and Palestinians can focus their hate on someone else, and the Brits can have a new endless conflict to manage. It's a win all around.

Well, consider: The palestinians were there first, whether there was a nation established or not.
Most of the peole who now call themselves Palestinains migrated there at the sametime. They didnt live there for thousands of years as you are led to belive. Again the population of all of Palestine was only around 250,000 just before the turn of the 20th century and they were not all arabs. So now you want to use who owned it most recently.
