I hate pirates! YARR!!!

I hate Sweden...

Some guy named Stalin from TWC got BI...Original. That's why I hate Sweden, because Stalin is from Sweden.

The Swedes were the first who got BI. Damn...

Just extremely pissed off by stores that does this :furious3:
And most people seem to think that all swedish stores sell it now when it is just one.
And saying "I hate Sweden" is so far off because only those that live in Stockholm that have gotten it(unless Webhallen has really screwed up and sent it to all that ordered via the internet).
So most swedes are still waiting for our copies that will be released on the 30th like it was suppose to.

Let's just agree to hate people living in Stockholm who happen to have gotten a copy of BI. :furious3: Seriously though, I'm glad some people have it a few days before I can get it; hopefully I can get some info on the game to help me to decide on whether to buy it. I am almost sure I will get it; but I will feel more comfortable if I read some good info first.

I thought stores weren't allowed to release games before the release date? Sure, maybe a day or so before, but a week? Surely they can get in trouble for doing this?

And did the guy who got the game actually say anything about it? There isn't much point of anyone getting the game early unless they tell how moddable it is.

They can get slapped by huge lawsuits dependent on the projected profit off the game or something. It's like that store that sold those 5 Harry Potter books one week before the openning.

When STW came out I got it (in Swe) some 3 weeks after the official release date, same thing with MTW. I got my copy of BI last friday so the tables has turned in all fairness. Where can I send your copy Edzymedieval? ~:cheers:

Well, that doesn't say anything unless we know how good he was at vanilla R:TW... And it also depends on which armies he brought. Any info? I think I read that entire thread, but I never saw any info about AI winning twice on medium. Might have been just me, but I'd like to have it confirmed. Also moddability is of interest. I prefer to be critical as starting point, even if it might turn out good. Graal knights, priests and all that aside, hopefully someone will make a quick fixer mod and then it might be enjoying to hold of the huns as the goths, then storm Rome, which is what I've planned to make my first BI game...

Good for Sweden! I'm personally going to wait for v1.1. The Total war series has an odd history when it comes to expansions. Once someone's general lives to 57 I'll feel better. Plus I'm so into RTR right now I may just see what they do with it.
