BI: Good News from BI - Romano British can be used normally

Okay, I know some modders were afraid that the Romano-British were hardcoded to appear after they loose their two provinces in Britian. The fear was that if they were made playable, what would happend when they were defeated, or lost their two starting provinces. With my new roman-british mod I tested this out and I can say that everything works fine. It seems when they start out as a faction they act just like any other faction. This is good news for those converting this faction for other projects.
