well if you've placed the flag.
click on BOR right top of the screen ( black red button ) then you have the choice to bring them on , or set the flag.
You can not bring on reinforcements when you already have the maximum number of units in control.

So either wait until an entire unit dies or runs. You can either hit ctrl+w to withdraw them (no penalty, it's not like routing)Quote:
