Really Need Some Help About Now

Okay, I screwed something up pretty good. So when I would run RTW it would play...but only as if I had a 12' screen instead of a 17' screen. So through many installs and uninstalls, I finally used Windows restore and everything was right again. Except when I tried to install patch 1.2, windows installer keeps telling me it's already installed. But the game still says 1.0 So I installed patch 1.1 and now the game shows 1.1 But when I try 1.2 it still says it's already installed and won't reinstall it. Where or what file am I looking for to get rid of so I can install the patch? Thanks for any help :help:

Sorry for the wasted space. All it took was a google search and a MS installer utility and all is well. ~:)
