Click on the persons name above his avatar. Click on view public profile. You'll find an option to ignore your black-hat there. It is kind of hard to say. It says: Add Kaiser of Arabia to Your Ignore List .

Agree. My ignore list was filled up until a few months ago. It wasn't fun. I now prefer manual ignoring of posts instead, which saves me a lot of forummates. ~;)
