Modders Look Here! (mod idea)

I have not bought BI yet but from what I hear they made less provinces.Anyone think it would be a good idea if a modder here edited only the provinces to add in new towns like cologne,paris(not sure if they already have some of these),orleans,metz,and other roman towns at the time?Maybe even make sicily 3 provinces again?

Or would this make the WRE too powerful?Personally I think it would be fun.It would make it harder to defend WRE and such.Some people actually claim its too EASY to defend WRE.So for all those uber players out there this could be a fun mod.
