Rebels in Custom Battles

Is there a way to make rebels playable in custom battles?

Anyone?

I don't know about in vanilla RTW, but in BI you can.

Just change the line in bold to be yes.

Not in RTW, no, to my knowledge. But you can make rebel troops available to another faction in custom battles if you want.
