Unused Textures and Models

Hello,

I am sure this is not something new after all this time, but it puzzles me a bit as I have not seen any mention anywhere.

I found at least one unused Texture Template and one Unused Model in the game.

The Texture itself is unit_sacred_band.tga.dds

The Model is unit_greek_sacred_band_v2_xxx.cas (where xxx is 100,200,300 and 400).

Can someone shed some light on this? There is many models available in the community based on this model and texture template...so I am sure its not something new here.

Are there any other unused models like that?

There are loads of unused models and textures in the both the original RTW and the add-on. Most of them are dire, a few broken and others the quite cool. The Sacred band model is one of the better ones and doesn't look too bad in the game as it goes.

...I would prolly think the same as many before me...I think some of these can be used anyways to add variety to the Unit packs of some factions...

It's really great to see the unused models and textures.

New models and textures packs could be created. ~:)
