I have RTW 1.2 without BI....and I'm about to install 1.3 patch.. It's okay to install 1.3 version over 1.2 ? ....so 1.3 version requiers 1.2 patch ? or I should re-instal RTW without 1.2 and install 1.3 directly ?

I believe 1.3 will install cleanly over 1.2, that is what I remember hearing anyway. Someone else will have to confirm this though, I don't have BI quite yet.
Try it and see.
