How full is your PM box?

Mine is always full, because I run on the statement "You never know when you'll need to know what he/she said and you said a year ago." Usually I delete my sent PMs.

I need more space.~:handball:

A few I have w/ links... otherwise I only delete 'em when it gets too full. Emptying it takes a lot of motivation.

9 pm's. Most of them hold important info like one has a password, but I don't remember what the others have....

I always keep mine clean and spangly. :jester:

i clean out my PMs regularly, but i get/send quite a few, it usually hovers around 10-15.

you can download PMs, and just save them to your harddrive.

Almost full - around 20 to 30

Some messages I can't get rid of for reference, and too lazy to store them somewhere else

Whenever I read a PM I delete it shortly after. I like my PM box to be clean and tidy. :bow:

By the way, I selected "0-15" but I just noticed that I have still 17 messages in my PM box. Still room for 43 message though. Being a senior member is sooo cool. :wink:

it was 30 a few minutes ago but i cleaned it out, its 24 now

at the bottom right of the private messages table is a drop-down menu. the bottom 3 selections in that menu will allow you to download all selected PMs as csv, xml, or txt files (i think). after that, you could delete them from the org, if you wanted to.
