Unlocking factions in RTW 1.3

hiya....looked and looked but can't find the damn post I read a week or so back. Something about having to write a description on an unlocked faction to prevent ctd.

Lots of advice for BI that I shall take up in the fullness of time. However I'm talking RTW 1.3. Thanks in advance.

I made a post there about it and uploaded the game's stock files needed to make the factions playable in RTW 1.3 (minus the Senate and Slaves because of bugs).
