Anybody live near Austin Texas?

So...

I'm moving to Austin in 9 months.

Does anybody live near there? Perhaps Round Rock, Leander, or Cedar whatever?

I would like some real info from an Austinian.

The UT library system for just about any research need. Spent hours researching triremes once....gads I was a geek (wife would correct tense on that no doubt).
