RTW 1.3 v all factions mod/programme.

is there one ??[a mod] without me trying to alter the files manually i also heard that it causes CTD?. no doubt its been answered a "million" times.
any chance of one more.~;)

I don't get them myself, but I hear that yes its a new feature that's being considered for the Org forums. Might be a few glitches in it while it's being tested.
