How do I uninstall the XL mod?

I am kinda getting bored of it and want to try a new mod. Can anyone tell me how to unistall it please?

Well, you can uninstall & reinstall MTW - that's one way. Just leave the XL mod install alone, for a later date when you're not "bored" with it anymore. Instead do a new install of MTW to a different directory, and mod that anyway you like. The only negative is a little more room taken on your hard drive, so unless you're really strapped for space, I'd keep as many different mods going as possible. My machine currently has five different installs of MTW (plain MTW v1.1, MTW+VI v2.01, BKB mod, Med mod, and XL mod). Should I want to try Napoleonic TW, Byzantine TW, etc., I'll just add them to the bunch.

What mod would you reccomend besides XL? Please don't say all of them or multiple ones because I won't be able to choose.

XL mod is the one I'm currently most involved with, mostly because the GA mode works well, but BKB is also a super quality piece of work. There's a beta patch for it that supposedly fixes GA mode, which I expect to try soon. My experience with Med mod is much more limited, but it also has many fans and has garnered high praise.

I don't think you could go wrong with any of them, it just depends on your favorite style of play. Check out the mod forums and read up on them, I'm sure something will suggest itself to you. ~;)
