Regarding RTW 1.3, it won't patch to 1.2!

I've got the 1.3 RTW patch and I have RTW: v 1.2

The problem is that 1.3 won't patch over 1.2!

I tried 3x's to reinstall 1.3 over 1.2, doesn't work.

Any suggestions? ITMT, I will go to totalwar.com and redownload the 1.3

Reinstall the game and download first of all the 1.3 patch, then the 1.5 patch .Do not download any other patch.
