I just got this off Google Video. It's footage of the largest nuclear bomb ever being detonated.

WOW! Just to think, that maybe Russia could have a nuclear missle attack up their sleeves, and that's all done by the pressing of a big button..... and a hell of a lot of workers and chemicals, AND money.......:san_laugh:
That's just frightening.:scared:
What if it really was dropped on London...:scared:
The Tsar Bomba was impractically large - it was more of a demonstration than an actual weapon. But if it had been used...
Yeah, one of them and the UK is done for... Ouch.Quote:

Thanks for your interest in Google Video.
Currently, the playback feature of Google Video isn't available in your country.
We hope to make this feature available more widely in the future, and we really appreciate your patience.
Amazing, very glad the chances they shall be used are far less than 30 years ago.
JAG is back...where have you been
That should teach them not to light farts anymore.
I`d payed alot to be one of those pilots. Anyone know where the dropsite is?
It was tested on October 30, 1961 over the island of Novaya Zemlya in the Arctic Sea, apparently. I'm not sure about being a pilot, it sounded like they only just escaped from being blown out of the sky.Quote:

They probably died of radiation-related illnesses later. Russia once dropped a load of soldiers in near the site of a nuclear explosion to see how the radiation affected them. Don't think any even managed to report in.Quote:
