Just played a comp. game that someone hosted
with a timer and unlimited ammo!What gives,
fortunately I had more kills when the timer ran out,but his 4 archer units almost got me with their neverending supply of arrows.How can anyone get satisfaction out of a game like that.I'll have to pay more attention to the game parameters and hopefully the timer will be listed when the patch comes out.

Unlimited ammo is just stupid. I hate playing with it. It removes a serious bit of stratagy from the game.
try joining without paying attention and have the guy host a 3000 koku game on a bridge with unlimited ammo he had 6 archers i took guns guess who won

I dont mind doing Bridge provinces but when you time it and put unlimited arrow. It show that you dont have any tactical skills or social skills. Thats why your tryin underhanded tactics to win. So you can feel vindicated in your existence. Well thats my 2 kokus.

I'm tempted to say the guy with the unlimited arrows won since archers rend to kill more than gunmen and the killing only stops when then archers run out of ammo. But judging from the tone of your email I'm assuming you did, though it doesn't really make sense.

I'm guessing the archers won. But you did really give no hints.

Twas not I, but I thought the message was fairly clear. But, as at least two have missed it and the original poster hasn't elucidated allow me an exercise of simple(?) logic...
Why would one choose guns against archers?
Try "more ammo".
If the archers had unlimited ammo, why would anyone choose guns?
With unlimited ammo, your strategy has to shift to eliminating enemy SA and CA. They become the killer units. If you haven't noticed that the game is unlimited ammo, you probably won't select an army that has enough archers or YC. It's quite a shock when you realize you're in for an arrow shower for the whole battle. Always check those battle conditions before joining a game.
